This Privacy Policy explains how Synergy Solutions ("AiSynergy", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information in connection with the AiSynergy WhatsApp Business messaging platform and the website at aisynergy.in (together, the "Services").
AiSynergy is a messaging platform built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. We help businesses send notifications, run campaigns, build chatbots and chat with their customers over WhatsApp. We operate the Services together with trusted technology partners who provide the underlying messaging infrastructure. By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Who this applies to
This policy covers two groups:
- Our customers — the businesses and individuals who sign up for, enquire about or use AiSynergy. For their account data, we act as the data fiduciary / controller.
- End-customers of our customers — the people our customers message through AiSynergy. For this data, we act as a data processor and process it only on our customer's instructions. If you received a message from a business using AiSynergy, please direct privacy requests to that business, who is responsible for its own contacts.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account & contact details — name, business name, email address, phone number and role when you register, request a demo or contact us.
- Billing information — billing name, address, GSTIN and payment references needed to process subscriptions (card/UPI details are handled by our payment partners, not stored by us).
- Onboarding details — your WhatsApp Business number, display name, and documents required for verification and the Green Tick application.
- Support communications — messages, emails and information you share with our support team.
Information processed on behalf of our customers
- Contact lists — phone numbers and contact attributes our customers upload to send messages.
- Message content & metadata — the content of messages sent and received, templates, and delivery, read and reply status processed through the WhatsApp Business API.
Information collected automatically
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and actions taken in the dashboard.

How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure and maintain the Services;
- Send messages, run campaigns and deliver chatbot flows on our customers' behalf;
- Process payments, manage subscriptions and send service-related notices;
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
- Monitor, troubleshoot and improve performance, features and security;
- Comply with applicable law and with Meta / WhatsApp policies; and
- Prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our terms.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the content of our customers' messages for advertising.
WhatsApp Business Platform
AiSynergy operates on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp messaging is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's terms and policies, and message delivery is controlled by WhatsApp.
When you send messages through AiSynergy, the relevant message and contact data is transmitted to and processed by Meta to deliver those messages. You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent from your contacts before messaging them, and for sending only content permitted by WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Meta / WhatsApp — to deliver messages and operate the WhatsApp Business API.
- Technology partners & sub-processors — the platform is hosted and operated with trusted technology partners and sub-processors who provide the messaging infrastructure, cloud hosting, analytics and payment processing, and who process data under contract strictly on our behalf and our instructions.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
AiSynergy is delivered on infrastructure operated by our technology partners and sub-processors. Your messaging and contact data is processed and stored on this partner infrastructure under contract — we do not keep separate independent copies of it outside that infrastructure.
Data security
We and our technology partners use technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls and need-to-know restrictions. The core messaging infrastructure is operated by established platform partners that maintain their own security and compliance programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to notify affected parties of incidents as required by law.
Your rights
Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request erasure of your data;
- Withdraw consent you have previously given; and
- Raise a grievance with us (see below).
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Contact & grievances. If you are an end-customer of a business that uses AiSynergy, please contact that business directly, as they control their own contact data.
Cookies & tracking
Our website and dashboard use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
International transfers
Because we rely on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and global cloud providers, your information may be processed in countries outside India. Where we transfer data, we take steps to ensure it is protected consistently with this policy and applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and significant changes may be communicated to you directly. Please review this page periodically.
